Join the Women in STEM program at the Women's Community Center for dinner and a presentation by Stanford alumna and founder and CEO of Blendoor, Stephanie Lampkin.
Blendoor is an app based "hiring technology that reduces unconscious bias by hiding data that's not relevant and highlighting data that is." Blendoor has also released "blendscores" "based on demographics of the leadership team, retention statistics and strategies, recruiting practices, and social impact initiatives" of top tech companies.
