Kristen Blomstrom

Kristen Blomstrom is a junior majoring in Political Science and double minoring in Feminist, Gender, and Sexuality Studies and Education. She is especially interested in ending the campus sexual assault epidemic, reproductive justice and elevating women's voices in politics. Kristen hopes to translate these interests into a career in education policy, in which she hopes to build a future where every student in the U.S. truly has access to an equal education. On campus, Kristen is a member of the Stanford Equestrian Team and is a chair for the Violence Intervention and Prevention Program. She was also a member of the Fall 2017 Stanford in Washington cohort, during which she interned with the U.S Department of Education.
