Meagan Khoury

Art and Art History

Meagan Khoury is a Ph.D. Candidate in Art History with a minor in Feminist, Gender, and Sexuality Studies. She has written previously on medieval waffles and wafers, hammams and purity culture, mystics and saints. Currently, her work centers women’s communal living and cultural production in early modern Italy through an anarcha-ecofeminist lens. Her co-edited volume, “Medieval Mobilities: Gendered Bodies, Spaces, and Movements” is forthcoming from Palgrave Macmillan.
